Education only

Breakout International Academy provides education about how financial markets work. Everything on this website, in our classes, in our materials and on our social media is for educational purposes only.

Nothing we say or publish is investment advice, a recommendation, a tip or a signal to buy, sell or hold any security, currency, commodity, index or other financial product. We do not manage money, we do not trade on anyone’s behalf, and we do not offer portfolio or account-handling services.

Breakout International Academy is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser, research analyst or in any other capacity.

Trading involves a high risk of loss

Trading in financial markets, especially with leverage or in derivatives, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with, and in some products you can lose more than you deposited. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

No course, mentor, method or system can guarantee profits. Anyone who promises guaranteed or fixed returns should be treated with caution.

Examples are illustrations

Charts, scenarios and examples used on this website and in our classes, including the “anatomy of a breakout” illustration, are simplified teaching examples. They are not predictions, they do not describe the results of any real trade, and they are not a signal to act. Past market behaviour does not tell you what will happen next.

Your decisions are your own

What you do with what you learn is your responsibility. Before you trade, consider your financial situation, understand the products you use and the costs involved, and seek advice from a SEBI-registered investment adviser if you need personal advice.

Indian rules on trading platforms

Indian residents must follow the rules of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and SEBI. Under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, residents may trade foreign-exchange products only as permitted, through authorised persons and on recognised Indian exchanges. The RBI publishes an Alert List of entities that are not authorised to deal in forex or operate electronic trading platforms. Check it before you use any platform, and do not send money to unauthorised platforms. We do not recommend, endorse or receive payments from any broker or trading platform.
